Bounjour. . .
Hi, I’m Neha Singh—a brown woman from India now living in Boston. I’m a software engineer by profession, a book lover by soul, and a proud dog mom to my husky, Kai.
At 33, life threw me into a storm I never saw coming: a diagnosis of stage III rectal cancer. What followed was a long and grueling battle—16 rounds of chemo, 30 sessions of radiation, and two major surgeries. I fought hard. I hoped harder. But just when I thought I was through the worst, cancer returned as stage IV.
This blog is my space to breathe. To make sense of the chaos. To document what it means to live, really live, while facing uncertainty every day. I write for my friends, my family, my fellow Redditors, and anyone else who’s navigating something tough and needs to feel a little less alone.
When I’m not working in tech or pouring my heart into this blog, you’ll find me reading. I lose myself in thrillers, historical fiction, healing fiction, fantasy, memoirs, and thought-provoking non-fiction.
Welcome to The Resilient Mosaic—where I gather the broken pieces, stitch them with honesty, and build something beautiful, one post at a time.
